TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Services are offered for guidance and personal insight only
- Clients must be 18 years or over
- Readings do not replace professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological)
- We reserve the right to refuse service where appropriate
- Respectful behaviour is required at all times
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
- 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
- Cancellations under 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund
- Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable
- If we cancel a session, a full refund or reschedule will be offered
